Manish has been associated with the real estate business for over 30 years. His razor sharp mind, quick decision making ability, passionate approach and dedication to satisfy clients has led the Group to achieve beyond all its mind stones.
With meticulous planning and working closely with the customers, Manish is acknowledged for his innovativeness and improvisations to bring out the best of amenities and specifications.
Manish's greatest strengths are his passion to deliver the best, belief in hard work and his personal involvement with projects and customers.
Neil Shah
Director
With a degree from University of Toronto, Canada, in addition to having worked 3 years in Canada and 6 years in the real estate industry in India, Neil is largely responsible for formulation and implementation of business policies decided upon, meeting and planning the program management of the Group.
Infusing his energies into the futuristic creative living spaces, Neil will spearhead the marketing and successful delivery of the Group's projects.
His key functions will also be business development and chartering the Group to newer horizons of growth.
